These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UniFollower (the "App"), provided by Nizokka Soft ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides productivity and planning features for personal use. You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse or interfere with its operation.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide premium features such as ad removal and additional benefits. Subscription pricing and duration are shown in the App before purchase.
Payment & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
If you change devices or reinstall the App, you can restore eligible purchases using the "Restore" option inside the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
